Move-in Weekend

Drop by and say Hello Thursday and Friday! We love to meet parents and incoming students whenever works for you during move in ! Book a time here so we can give your family our full attention.  Book a time HERE 

Shabbat Meals and schedule Families and incoming students are invited to join Chabad for Shabbat meals and services over the weekend. Student will have time to meet your future friends and Chabad staff and parents will get to meet the other incoming WashU families and get lots of questions answered.  Experience the excitement of our weekly Shabbat dinners with fresh Challah, Matzo Ball soup and full Shabbat meals.  RSVP for Meals HERE

Other Move in Notes: 

  • If you would like to move in on Friday, please request a Friday move-in slot from ResLife.  If there doesn't seem to be availability, please email [email protected]
  • If you would like to request a mechanical Shabbat key, please complete this form.
  • Kosher meals will be available in Bears Den starting August 18, with lunch service.  Parents and students can enjoy those meals Thursday lunch and dinner, Friday lunch, Sunday lunch and Sunday dinner.  Shabbat meals are available at Chabad.
